When I first started my fitness journey at 118kg, I was lost in an overwhelming sea of fat loss information. This led me through countless fad diets, extreme exercise regimes and expensive programs promising quick fat loss.
It wasn’t until I worked with a strength coach, started learning ALL I could about nutrition and holistic health and became an American Council Exercise (ACE)-certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach did I see drastic changes in my life.
I was no longer miserable and obsessed about food, fighting cravings during strict diets and exhausting myself with cardio.
